Tell your legislators: Prevent online scams, pass SB 301

When we buy products online, we expect they've met basic safety and health standards. Unfortunately, a lack of disclosure requirements for third-party online sellers means that this is not always the case. This lack of transparency in online retail can result in consumers unknowingly buying unsafe items.

That's why we need California to pass SB 301, which would require sellers to disclose basic information to verify who and what is actually behind the products we are purchasing.
